Order Processing Procedure
Once a transaction is formally confirmed and accepted, the items enter the preparation stage. The standard order processing period is 1 to 3 business days.
During this stage, items undergo documentation processing, standard inventory verification, internal logistics registration, and secure packaging suitable for regional transport.
Orders received outside of standard business hours or on weekends will enter the processing queue on the next available business day.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Timeframes
To ensure reliable logistics standards across Europe, cross-border shipping is conducted via established, premium courier networks, utilizing standard priority services from carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
The estimated transit time to European destinations is 7 to 12 business days from the date of handover to the respective carrier network.

Automated Tracking and Customer Notifications
To meet European consumer expectations regarding transparency, we maintain full tracking visibility throughout the entire shipping process. The system automatically sends notifications to the email address provided by the customer at checkout during the following key operational stages:
Shipment Confirmation: Sent immediately after the package is labeled and officially handed over to the primary carrier; the notification includes the relevant waybill number (tracking number). Receipt at Sorting Center: Sent when the shipment arrives at the primary distribution center or transit hub.
Local Delivery Phase: Sent when the shipment is assigned to a local courier branch and departs for the final delivery location.
Procedures for Handling Prolonged Delays and Non-Delivery
Although the shipping process is typically completed within the timeframes specified in Section 4, unforeseen operational anomalies within the carrier network may occasionally cause actual delivery times to deviate from expectations. If the transit time exceeds the standard estimated timeframe, the following rigorous resolution protocols apply:
Initiation of Inquiry: Upon receiving customer notification or system detection of a significant shipping delay, a formal shipment tracking investigation will be immediately initiated with the relevant carrier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS).
Investigation Phase: The carrier is allotted a standard timeframe to verify the shipment’s exact location and current status.
Remedial Measures: Based on the carrier’s formal investigation results, or in instances where the logistics operator deems the shipment untraceable, the Company will provide a final resolution based on the verified details. This resolution will include either a full refund or an expedited replacement shipment, depending on the customer’s preference and the verified circumstances.
Customer Cooperation and Accuracy of Delivery Information
Customers must ensure that all delivery addresses, postal codes, contact numbers, and recipient details are submitted accurately at the time of purchase. Logistics carriers require precise information to ensure successful delivery. Inaccurate information may impact fulfillment progress or result in the package being returned; such cases will be handled in accordance with European regulatory standards.
